As a Forster child, I went through what seemed to be a revolving door in and out of Forster homes. Each home representing new rules, new people, new likes and dislikes and new abuses. Some experiences were tough—filled with uncertainty and struggle—but I never let them define me. Instead, they fueled my drive to push forward, to want more for myself, and to help others do the same. That’s where fitness changed everything for me. Training wasn’t just about lifting weights or running drills—it was my escape, my therapy, and, most importantly, my joy. Fitness gave me the structure I never had, the confidence I needed, and the belief that I was capable of anything. That’s the energy I bring to my training sessions today. At HFIT, I make personal training not just effective, but fun. Every session is about discovering what your body can do, pushing past limits, and celebrating progress. Whether you’re here to lose weight, build muscle, improve mobility, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to help you enjoy the process. I also understand that everyone’s fitness journey is different. That’s why I’m fully equipped to work with children, the elderly or people with special needs, ensuring that everyone—no matter their abilities—gets the support, guidance, and motivation they deserve. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, capable, and excited to train. There’s no greater joy than to see a client gain confidence in their physical appearance, hit a fitness goal or finally gain the courage to post on social media their progress confidently. Personal training has been my calling. It’s the best job in the world. Fitness isn’t just about looking strong—it’s about feeling strong, inside and out.
