  • Where are you located ?
    Atlanta Georgia. We currently are in the process of obtaining or own January 2026. We can come to a gym you’re already a member of. If you have your gym we can accommodate a workout plan depending on the equipment in the facility or home.
  • 1. What should I expect during my first session?
    Your first session will include a consultation where we discuss your fitness goals, health history, and current fitness level. We may also do a short assessment to determine your starting point. From there, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs!
  • 2. Do I need to be in shape before starting personal training?
    Not at all! Personal training is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I’ll create a program that meets you where you are and helps you progress at your own pace.
  • 3. What should I bring to my sessions?
    Wear comfortable workout clothes and proper athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle, a towel (if needed), and a positive attitude!
  • 4. How long are personal training sessions?
    Sessions typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour. However, I can customize sessions based on your schedule and needs.
  • 5. How often should I train per week?
    This depends on your goals, fitness level, and availability. Most clients train 2-4 times per week for the best results, but I can help you create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
  • 6. What happens if I need to cancel a session?
    I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in the loss of that session. Please check our Cancellation Policy for full details.
  • 7. Do you offer training for individuals with special needs?
    Yes! I am fully equipped to work with individuals who have special needs and will tailor the program to fit their abilities and goals.
  • 8. Do you offer group training or online coaching?
    Yes! I do. Refer to the packages . Contact me for details on pricing and availability.
  • 9. How long will it take to see results?
    Results vary based on factors like consistency, nutrition, effort, and individual body types. Many clients start noticing changes within 4-6 weeks of consistent training and proper nutrition.
  • 10. Do you provide meal plans or nutrition guidance?
    While I’m not a certified nutritionist, I do provide general nutrition guidance to support your fitness goals. If needed, I can also refer you to a professional for a customized meal plan.
  • 11.What are your payment options?
    Payments must be made before training begins. I accept cash, credit card, Zelle. Training packages must be used within their designated time frame.
  • 12. What makes your training different from others?
    I focus on personalized training, motivation, and real results-all while making the process fun! My experience overcoming personal challenges has shaped the way.
  • 13.Why should I choose you as my trainer?
    I'm going to give every last drop of energy to see you win, big or small! My energy every session is unmatched. You have to be able to laugh and make the best of it. My attitude separates from most trainers. My ability to read my clients energy and immediately know how to approach that session whether it's to let them vent and listen or to crack a joke. I have been personal training for 12 years. I helped so many reach the fitness goals. I PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH. I'm work out 4 times a week. So I know what the grind is about. I know what it takes!
